* We guarantee our services with 10 day. Repair must be done with original color services. Customer have to prove day of original services. 

* We reserve the right to take the next customer if you arrive 10min late. You will be able to wait for next available nail technician. 

*For the safety of all of our customer, We require that children to sit with their parents while in salon 

* Gratuities are accepted & greatly appreciated. No refunds. No exchange will be given. 

* Keep all belong with you. We are not responsible for lost or stolen. 

* For your convenience, please inform our staff you have any medical problems or allergies that may effect your service. 

* Our policy is that the customer comes first and customer satisfaction is first priority. If you are not satisfied with our services, please inform store manager. The will make every attempt to rectify your grievance immediately. If you would like to make a formal written complaint or compliment,  you can write with us .We will respond to you with in 5 day business day.
